Refund & Cancellation Policy

At CP Handcrafts : https://cphandcrafts.in/ , customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you need to cancel your order or request a refund, please review the policy below.

🛑 Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel their order within 2 days (48 hours) of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
To request a cancellation, plese visit the my orders page https://cphandcrafts.in/my-account/orders/. Or please contact us at support@cphandcrafts.in or call/whatsapp us at +91-94122377785 with your order details.
If the cancellation request is approved and the order has not been shipped, we will initiate your refund immediately.

💰 Refund Process

Once your cancellation or refund is approved, we will process the refund within 1 business day.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.).
It may take 3 to 5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.

⚠️ Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled if:

The product has already been shipped or is out for delivery.
The request is made after 2 days of placing the order.

💳 Refund Status

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

Check your bank account or payment app again.
Contact your payment provider or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
