📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3 business days.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

🚚 Delivery Timeframe

We currently deliver across India.
Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 5 to 7 days, depending on your location.
Deliveries are made between 9 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

📍 Shipping Locations

We offer standard shipping across all serviceable pin codes in India. If your area is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you with alternative solutions or refund the order.

💰 Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping for all eligible pin codes
Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

📦 Tracking Your Order

❗ Delays and Exceptions

While we aim to meet our stated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

🛑 Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the package may be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for reshipping.
